RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY

Customized & Personalized Orders

All personalized, custom-printed, and made-to-order products (including custom sublimated uniforms and player-named apparel) are FINAL SALE. No refunds or returns are granted for size selection errors or customer-submitted spelling mistakes once production has started.

Stock Merchandise Returns

Eligible stock (non-customized) merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within original condition guidelines. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

RMA Authorization

All returns require prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, email sales@shopvegasstrong.com with your order number and reason for return. The return shipping address is provided once your RMA is approved. Submitting a request does not automatically constitute approval.
