How long will my order take to produce and ship?
Standard merchandise orders require 7–10 business days for production. Fully sublimated uniforms require 10–15 business days following final artwork or proof approval. Shipping transit time is separate.
Who operates and fulfills the Vegas Strong Gear Shop?
This merchandise storefront is operated and fulfilled independently by D'Lux Creations, LLC, an official production partner for Vegas Strong Football.
Can I customize my uniform or fan jersey?
Yes! Uniforms and replica jerseys feature personalization options for player last name, player number, and age division during the ordering process.
Are team discount codes available?
Yes! If you are a player or family member of Vegas Strong Football, ask your head coach or team parent for your roster division's promotional code before placing your order.
Can custom orders be canceled or returned?
All personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order products are final sale once production has started, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
How do I start a return?
Email sales@shopvegasstrong.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The return shipping address is provided once your RMA is approved.
